Bin blender can automatically finish the whole process of mixing. The equipment can be used for various sizes of batches by applying different sizes of bins.
The bin blender comprises of post, bin mounting arm hydraulic bin lifting mechanism, variable frequency drive arrangement, auto braking system for perfect positioning of bin after stop command and plc control.
the entire process is controlled through plc system. The bin is placed into the rotary arm of post bin blender and locked manually. The bin is automatically lifted to the required height and fixed. It rotates according to time and speed assigned in advance. The rotary frame stops vertically and is automatically lowered.
